Although popular, caramel is often perceived to be too sweet. The solution was to make a classic caramel and blend it with our cocoa-rich milk chocolate and add a pinch or two of sea salt to cut through the sweetness. Only then could it be filled into a shell made from our darker shade of milk chocolate. Available in 3.5oz bars.
