Craig, our President & one of our founding partners, knows a thing or two about organics. When he is not busy running his new organic bakery in Hastings, England, he is chairman of the Soil Association - the UK's leading organic body. Craig's passion for organic, healthy food has been going strong since the 1960's, when he ran a macrobiotic restaurant in London's Notting Hill - the very first of its kind.
