Micah Carr-Hill, Head of Taste for Green & Black’s, recently appeared on The Martha Stewart Show. He did an interactive demonstration of how to conduct a chocolate tasting, as you might taste a range of wines.
Martha and the studio audience tasted five different Green & Black’s chocolate bars, learning how to detect taste and sensations, and how to experience aromas and flavors.
