As a mom with two little girls, I try to teach them to respect the earth and help make it a better place. They recycle, pick up litter and we've started our own organic garden. It's important that I am a good role model and practice what I preach. When it comes to food and eating I'm a firm believer that healthy is best while incorporating the guilty pleasure...it's all about balance. I love Green & Black's Baking Bar and the fact it only has five ingredients. The bar is my secret weapon in homemade, non processed granola bars (one of seven ingredients).
