I am an admitted wine fanatic, and I indulge in fine dining and travel as much as my funds will allow. When deciding on a new wine to try, increasingly I choose a wine that has been made from organically grown grapes, or that has been sustainably farmed, or is certified organic or bio dynamic, or is from a winery that utilizes renewable energy. Any of these environmentally responsible practices are a reason to purchase a wine from a winery or producer that uses them, and these wines are extraordinary! The bottom line is - I Live in the &.
