What should I do if I think the product I’ve bought doesn’t taste right?
We are proud of our range and take our product quality very seriously. On the odd occasion, over-fermented cocoa beans can enter the supply chain, which can give the chocolate a slightly damp, musty taste. If this is the case or for another reason you have not been completely happy with one of our products, we want to hear from you so we can do something about it.
