Micah Carr-Hill

Micah, our Head of Taste, is in charge of product development here which means that he creates the recipes for all our new products, which can include anything from chocolate bars to chocolate spread. He is the person who gives the go-ahead when he thinks that the product has achieved the Green & Black's taste.

Micah, quite rightly is an avid believer that every recipe needs the right balance of tastes and flavours, using what he believes are the best ingredients. He is also a great advisor on what he believes is correct when it comes to food in general; from berating the banana in all its forms to eulogising about white truffles shaved over fried eggs. He is extremely helpful when anyone needs a restaurant recommendation, or help in planning a menu!

He does, to his credit, want to share his passion and does bring in tasty morsels for everyone to try. The fact is, if it wasn't for this passion for all things food-related he would not be able to keep on being inspired to create new flavours.
