NEIL LA CROIX
Neil has been working here for over four years now and is Head of our Operations department. His job ensures all our products are made, stored and delivered to customers on time & in perfect condition. Now that our range contains so many different products & ingredients, this means he manages around 25 different suppliers, ranging from Belize cocoa growers & Italian chocolate makers to Sicilian almond growers & English dairies. Neil spent many years working in agricultural management in Africa, experience which he now puts to good use in the management of Our Belize project . When he isn't off in foreign climes searching for new suppliers, he spends his time at home with his family in Kent, where he coaches U13's at the local rugby club.
