MICAH CARR-HILL

Micah is in charge of product development here which means that he creates the recipes for all our new products, which can include anything from chocolate bars to chocolate spread. He is the person who gives the go-ahead when he thinks that the product has achieved the Green & Black's taste.
Sitting near him can be a bit of a chore as he is constantly banging on about the fact that every recipe needs the right balance of tastes and flavours. He also doesn't stop preaching about what he believes is correct when it comes to food in general; from berating the banana in all its forms to eulogising about white truffles shaved over fried eggs.

He does, to his credit, want to share his passion and does bring in tasty morsels for everyone to try. His early morning breakfasts, held at the office during the last World Cup featuring high quality organic eggs, sausages, bacon and black pudding proved to be most popular. The fact is, if it wasn't for this passion for all things food related he would not be able to keep on being inspired to create new flavours.
