JUSTINO PECK

Justino, a cacao farmer from the Toledo district of Southern Belize has been working closely with Green & Black's for the last 15 years. He was elected by his fellow cacao growers as Chairman of the TCGA - the organisation which represents the interest of small holder farmers in the Toledo region. Green & Black's guarantee to buy all the cocoa the cooperative can produce for a fair price which has given security to the farmers and their families. Justino lives in the San Jose village with his wife Christina and their seven children.
