Green & Black’s Chocolate Recipes (Kyle Cathie, £14.99) is available in most good book shops across the UK including Borders, Waterstones and Ottakars. It is also available online at Amazon.

The book contains 100 chocolate recipes with ideas ranging from decadent desserts to savoury dishes with a twist. It also contains information about how the company was started and how the cocoa for our products is sourced. A selection of the recipes available in the book are also available online.
