CRAIG SAMS
Craig, our President and one of the founding partners of Green & Black's, knows a thing or two about organics. When he is not busy running his new organic bakery, Judges in Hastings , he is chairman of the Soil Association - the UK 's leading organic body. Craig's passion for organic, healthy food has been going strong since the 1960's, when he ran a macrobiotic restaurant in London 's Notting Hill - the very first of its kind.
