Daily Intakes (DI) are a guide to daily amounts of nutrients that are appropriate for an average adult in Australia and New Zealand. Daily intakes are based on an average adult diet of 8700 kilojoules a day – individual Daily Intakes may be higher or lower depending on energy needs.

Our nutrition information includes information on kilojoules, protein, fat, saturated fat, carbohydrates, sugars and sodium. We label how much of each nutrient there is in a serving as well as in 100 grams, and what percentage of each nutrient a serving contributes to the Daily Intakes.
