Made with Fairtrade fine flavoured cocoa beans, the same as those used to make our chocolate, our cocoa powder has a complex flavour & is alkalised or "Dutched" to emphasize the robust chocolately notes. Ideal for enjoying with hot milk as a soothing night time drink.

If cocoa powder is made using a teaspoon of powder mixed with whole milk into a paste and topped up with hot water in a mug you would be drinking: = 163kJ / 45kcal and 2g fat. For a mug of cocoa powder made with Skimmed milk you would be drinking = 121kJ / 29kcal and under 1g fat.

Packaging

Due to levels of protection required for food safety regulations, our cocoa tubs and lids are not currently recyclable unless in specialist plants, however we do look at using lightweight materials which can be resource efficient. We currently comply with current packaging waste legislation and will continue to ensure the responsible and environmentally sound disposal.
