Neil La Croix
Neil has been working here for over six years now and is Head of our Supply Chain. His job ensures all our products are made, stored and delivered to customers on time & in perfect condition. Now that our range contains so many different products & ingredients, this means he manages around 25 different direct suppliers, ranging from Belizean cocoa growers & Italian chocolate makers to Sicilian almond growers & English dairies. Neil spent many years working in agricultural management in Africa, experience which he now puts to good use when working with our cocoa growers. When he isn't off in foreign climes searching for new suppliers, he spends his time at home with his family in Kent, where he coaches U15's at the local rugby club.
